Refund Policy

Please email us at info@shopbushelandapeck.com right away to let us know if you would like to return an item. We need to receive tracking within 7 days of you receiving your item for a full refund. Refunds will be processed once we have the item back in our shop. If you would like to exchange an item, we can issue you store credit once the item is received.

We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors, animal hair, and/or make-up within 7 days of purchase. Items that are FINAL SALE include: all accessory items (with the exception of shoes), sale items, free gifts, gift cards or promotional items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. By purchasing online with Bushel & a Peck, you agree to the Return Policy stated here, on our website.

Additionally, Bushel & a Peck does not issue credit or refunds or reserve items for returns still in transit and not yet received.

NOTE: Items purchased with "Sezzle" have a 6% restocking fee if returned.

It is the customers responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery to ensure they are in satisfactory condition. If you receive any items that are defective* upon delivery please email Bushel & a Peck at info@shopbushelandapeck.com with pictures and details.

*Defective items MUST have tags attached in order to be replaced/refunded within our "Defective Items" Policy. 

Furthermore, Bushel & a Peck is NOT responsible for any damages resulting from  cutting/ripping into packaging with scissors/razor blade, washing incorrectly, or improper removal of any tags.


Bushel & a Peck is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during the delivery process. Once the item leaves our location improper package handling is out of our control. All packages are insured and you can make a claim with the carrier on their website. Additionally Bushel & a Peck is not responsible for returned packages or incorrect shipping addresses that are captured at time of purchase. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is accurate before order completion.
